Looking for a roommate to move into my one bedroom apartment June 1st. It is about sq foot with a dishwasher, two skylights, heater, balcony and large living room area. Rent is a month including utilities. Shared bathroom and kitchen. Parking lot has lots of open spaces. This apartment is located in Westlake apartments in Daly City which is about 5 minute drive/ minute walk from Daly City BART, minute walk/ 2 minute drive from Westlake shopping center, 7 minute drive from ocean beach and minute drive to downtown SF. Area is very clean and has patrol and lots of public transit buses available nearby. There is onsite laundry and machines cost about $2 per washing machine and $ for dryer between pm.
