Medium sized room with private bath

Description

I have a room available for rent in my home. Has Tempurpedic bed and an end table. Bathroom is just off the room and will be ninety percent yours(guests may use toilet/sink but I don’t often have guests). Shared spaces are kept reasonably clean. I do have some home projects going on so tools and dust will be found. I try and keep it tidy. I’m rarely in the kitchen so if you love to cook, knock yourself out. There are garden beds if you want to grow vegetables or flowers. There is a backyard office/studio that can be used for an additional fee. Home is close to George Fox and on a quiet street. There is street parking available and possibly a driveway spot. I have a dog every other week who adores humans but does not get along with other dogs or cats. House has central air. Upstairs does get a few degrees warmer because of return vent placement. Working to fix that but room has a ceiling fan and a floor standing fan if needed. Rent includes all utilities. Wired/wireless internet is included. 2gig fiber connection. Home does have security c
ameras on the outside. There is one that I use inside to monitor my dog on the weeks that I have her. She pretty much just sleeps on the couch.
