I'm renting the other bedroom with a private bathroom (unfurnished ) in my Ba apartment located on the 5th floor of the building in Parkmerced (Available on May 1st).

Good for a student or professional. Location is very convenient. We are located beside SFSU and close to Stonestown mall, Whole Foods, Target, Trader Joe’s, lots of good restaurants and etc.

Room can fit king or queen bed with any furniture/chair you want to put and a vanity/desk, has closet as well and a pretty spacious room. Has a kitchen shared with me and my partner. Access to lobby gym, laundry on basement level. We can do 6 months lease and a month to month rent after. Water, sewer, garbage included. PG&E and Wi-Fi excluded on the rent (additional $) Message me for more pictures and details of the room and place. And we can also set up an appointment for viewing.
