Moving from 🇬🇧 to DC in the fall

Description

I'm a year old professional looking for a normal person to live with. I love sports (watching and playing), exercise, and enjoy meeting new people. Important things for me are walkability, safety (although I'm from London so have experienced rough neighbourhoods), and kindness from the people I live with.

I'm a quiet person to live with and whilst I want to make friends moving to a new country, I don't need that to be with the people I live with (although it is of course nice to be friendly at least!). I'm open minded to any situation where I live with respectful and kind people in a walkable location.

I don't move until the fall (likely October), so I am not looking for anything urgent, but rather to get the ball rolling.
