Spacious private room with brand-new beds and luxury mattresses. The room has good natural light, a quiet atmosphere, and access to a shared bathroom. Utilities and high-speed internet are included; you'll also have access to the kitchen, washer, and dryer.

🏠 The Property:
A family home located in the peaceful Lakeside area of Kissimmee. The house is clean, organized, and pet-friendly (we have one friendly dog). It’s a respectful, non-smoking environment with a calm and welcoming vibe.

📍 The Area:
Located near main roads like Buenaventura Blvd, Simpson Rd, Osceola Pkwy, Lakeside Dr, FL-, and the Turnpike, which gives quick access to Disney, Universal Studios, and Lake Nona Medical City.
We’re also close to UCF and Valencia College (Osceola Campus), and just minutes from Publix, Walmart, Aldi, shopping centers, parks, and gyms.
