The Allen Golden Girls enjoy living in a very large Ranch-Style home valued at over $. The home is located in a very safe established walking neighborhood. Families can often be seen walking up and down the street in front of the house during the mornings and afternoons. Allenwood Park is also located a very short walking distance toward the setting sun. Several restaurants and shopping stores are located nearby. The large country style kitchen has two refrigerators, dishwasher, garage disposal, and microwave. The breakfast room has a window overlooking the front circular driveway. The washer and dryer utility room is located right next to the kitchen. The T.V. living room, large den, and garden room with a woodburning fireplace all have a view of the large back patio which also overlooks the wooden dry creek. The shaded oversize back patio has a large swing as well a table and chairs which overlooks the backyard. The backyard which has very large tall trees is very private since there is no back alley.
