looking for 2 roomies

Hi all! I’m living at Skyland Exchange and at the end of the lease my two great roommates will be moving out. If you would like refernces from them that can absolutely be arranged. I would love to find two roommates around my age (s). Rent is approximately $ each not including WiFi or electric which is split evenly usually around $ each. The two rooms available would be sharing a bathroom. Rooms would be available late August early September. Washer and dryer in unit. Washing machine in unit. Pool and fitness center in apartment complex.
A little about me. I’m a young professional who works with autistic children for a living during the day. I love to go out for karaoke or shows every now and then. I don’t have guests over often but when I do I give a heads up. I’d love to live with people who are also neat and tidy. Clutter is fine but let’s not live in filth.
