Very close to brown line! Room for rent with exclusive access to the apartment 3 weeks a month (kitchen, living room, dining room, your own private bedroom) (I travel a lot). This is a very large two-bedroom within walking distance of the brown line, you would have access to your own private bedroom (with a small closet), large living room with attached sunroom, dining separate room, kitchen and shared bathroom.
The common areas will come mostly furnished (you’ll need to furnish your bedroom), but it is a large space and if you have furniture you wish to add to common areas that’s totally any option. I have a small non-shedding dog so no additional pets. There is an awesome grocery store a 5 minute walk away and lots of cool neighborhoody shops. Rent is twelve hundred a month with radiator heat included (no central air), plus utilities which are just cooking gas, electric, and internet. This place will be mostly yours 3+ weeks a month! Move in date: August 1 (if you need it to be earlier I am flexible, so let me know)
