Easygoing Aussie on a work permit

Hey there! I'm a -year old Aussie in Vancouver on a work permit. I'm looking for a studio or room-share while I'm based in the area. In my free time I've been enjoying exploring the city, getting outside for walks (between sudden, unexpected downpours), and relaxing with a coffee and a book.

I'm respectful of the space of those around me and I consider myself a pretty clean person. I'm friendly and social, but not what anyone would consider a party animal. I value downtime and a calm home environment to re-charge. I'm looking for a comfortable space with like-minded people - whether for a couple of months or longer.
