Cute Apartment with Small Backyard

Hello! My name is Annie (she/her), and I am looking for a roommate to live in a br apartment with me in the trainsong neighborhood! The lease is month to month and would start June th.

Rent is $/mo plus utilities and wifi, there are washers and dryers on the property shared between 8 units. This apartment is on a dead end and is fairly quiet with the exception of trains passing by. You would also have access to one reserved parking spot!

A little about me:

I am years old and currently work part time as a barista and also as a theatre professional. I have an adorable ESA named Meelo. He is a very friendly four year old cat. In my free time, I love to do arts and crafts (air-dry clay is my current obsession), and I also love puzzles.

I am looking for a roommate who is clean, conscientious, and values good, open communication. There are two bathrooms, I currently occupy the half downstairs. If you were to move in, you would get free range of the full bath upstairs (with the exception of the shower of course). The inside of the apartment is smoke free, however you would be more than welcome to smoke in our small backyard outside if that is your jam.

Pets are not technically allowed on the lease unless they are an ESA. I would prefer a roommate without a pet, however, Meelo is super friendly and I would be open to the option of another possible friend.

I go to bed around pm and like to get up somewhat early. My boyfriend spends the night about once a week, and I occasionally have friends over from out of town. I am open to guests and even smaller social gatherings, as long as things are communicated ahead of time.
