I am renting out either a one bedroom or/and garage.

looking to rent either to a single person or a single parent.
the garage will be yours with a divider separating where the washer and dryer are located but you will have the entire garage to use for your things. and still having access to the house and its amenities.

if you are a single parent there is a spare bedroom that is My sons room he is almost 2 years old. i would like to have it as the kids room/play room my son mainly sleeps with me at night but i like to keep the option open for him if he would to start using it on a regular basis. that being said there is enough room for your child to use as well.

i have a small dog so please no other pets
utilities will be split equally

as of right now i have a renter but the place will be available in about 2 months hopefully less but i need secure the spot before then.

i will not be charging a deposit just please dont thrash the place
its not a huge place but reasonably easy going.
