Hi, I’m Tatum! I’m looking for respectful, clean, and reliable roommates to rent two bedrooms and one private bathroom in a shared house. Each room is $/month.

You’ll essentially have your own half of the house – two private rooms and a bathroom – while we share the kitchen, living room, and dining area.

The house is mostly unfurnished, as my previous roommate had most of the furniture. So if you have any (especially a couch), that’s definitely a plus!

About me: I’m quiet, responsible, and tend to keep to myself. I’m looking for like-minded roommates who value a calm, comfortable living space.
