Seeking room, roommate

Currently seeking a longterm or a few month sublets in Rogers Park, Andersonville, or Edgewater in the $ range. Must be: a poc, good communicator, clean, non smoker or smokes cigarettes outside, covid cautious, age +, dishwasher if possible, a lot of light in my bedroom. I'm looking for someone who can entertain my bad puns and occasionally make a meal with and be a workout accountability buddy too. My favorite pasttime is airdropping photos of wild animals to strangers. But since no one has airdrop on anymore, wheat pasting them on the street is a nice alternative. Here's my online presence.
