Room has a closet, 2 windows, no shared walls and is very quiet. You'd have access to a private detached garage, as well as an off-street parking spot. The bathroom you'd share with one person. Room can comfortably fit a queen bed. Room is unfurnished but can come with twin bed if necessary.

We're two guys in our late 's who like to keep the house clean and clutter free, so we're looking for someone who is mature and considerate. We're open to a short term or long term stay.
