Looking for sublet/ lease takeover

Hey y’all! I’m looking for housing in NYC starting late June or July 1. Ideally seeking a lease takeover or summer sublet for under $/month, with access to my own room and a kitchen.
A bit about me:
I’m a -year-old actor and voice-over artist — just finished my MFA in Acting at UC Irvine, and went to Skidmore College for undergrad. I’m also a certified personal trainer, recently hired at Equinox on W th in Midtown.
I grew up with three sisters and was raised primarily by my mom, so I’m super comfortable living with women and femme-presenting folks. I’ve also been in a long-distance relationship with my partner of 3 years.
At home, I’m clean, communicative, and community-minded. I really value a peaceful, respectful, and team-oriented vibe — happy to share chores, expenses, and support each other’s work or lives.
