Hi, my name is Kristen. I am a year old professional in the beauty industry. (i.e.free treatments!) I’m a licensed Cosmetologist, Makeup Artist, and Esthetician. Currently pursuing my Master Esthetician license for the next few months. I am looking to rent half of my bedroom 1bath apartment in Juanita (Kirkland). You can take the bedroom and my Yorkie (Savvy is 6) would take the main living area. There is also a balcony with amazing sunset views! Laid out in a way where the kitchen is Huge, and you have your own locking door to the bathroom. All utilities included! Spend summer at the (newly updated) beach every day and make some new friends at the same time! This is a super safe neighborhood, I have been here 6 years and I love it so much I don’t want to leave. But I need help with the rent for the next year. I’m finishing Master Esthetician school and planning to start my business shortly thereafter. Ideally we’d be friends who enjoy each other’s company and like to go do things, but agree that our home is our sanctuary so no one can stay over. If you like comedy, playing pool and/or chess, karaoke, board games, Day Fiancé that would be perfect. I don’t eat seafood so please no cooking that, and I am living a Keto lifestyle so charcuterie is always a given haha
