Roommate wanted 1 person only 1 private furnished bedroom for rent, $ a month, includes utilities, electricity and internet. First month up front total. No pets allowed must be okay with cats, cant have a cat allergy i have cats. Access to kitchen and laundry. Shared bathroom with one other Tennant. No smoking inside house and no drugs. Must have vehicle or own transportation. Provide ID and proof of income ( 4 weeks). Must be clean. I value a calm, respectful environment and I am looking for someone with a similar mindset.
