Room for rent ( 2 Students)

Hello,

We are considering renting our large spare basement bedroom. We would like to rent to 2 summer students. ( girls)

We have a bunkbed that can be made to 2 twin beds depending on what the students like.
We have a bathroom in the basement that would be the students alone.
Everything else would be shared with our family, kitchen, laundry, family room etc.
We live on Barranca Mesa, a short walk to the bus stop by Andanada St.

We are thinking $ per student a month. June-August
