Hi There! I have an unfurnished room for rent on a quiet, safe street near Powderhorn Park. I have two sweet cats, a big front porch, and some back yard, too.

Length of stay is flexible with a security deposit.

I'm looking for someone open-minded, responsible, and respectful. Bonus points if you're creative, too. My preference is someone who eats and lives well with life experience. Be employed, a non-cigarette smoker at home, and care about plants, animals and people, of course.
