* Room: It has a queen-sized bed with a new Avocado mattress. It has been a guest room and used twice a year. The room also has a twin bed and desk that can be removed if you prefer. There is a full-size walk-in closet. The room has a key-code entry and the home has ADT.
* Shared Spaces: gourmet kitchen, living room, dining room, family/game room, two full bathrooms, fireplace, fire pit, screened-in porch, fenced-in yard, and attic for storage.
* Amenities included in the rent: Heat/AC, WiFi, full-size washer and dryer, off-street parking in a private cul-de-sac, community pool, gym, and short walk to the reservoir.
* Rent: Depends on how long you need to stay. Price in the listing is for month-to-month. Weekly options are available. If you can stay longer than three months, I will reduce the price for you. If you can help out with household duties (eg, dogs, babysitting), I can reduce it even further.
