Room Near Downtown & UT Campus

* Who am I:
White dude. Born in Austin, raised in Spain. I work in tech.

* What's for rent:
Single bedroom of square feet with a shared bathroom in my house.

*The room:
The room can fit comfortably a full/queen sized bed and has a substantial closet with shelf space on the top, two rows of hangers, and floor storage space. of the room is window, so plenty of sunlight! Hanging over the window is a Chinese Elm facing the front parking and rest of the neighborhood.

* Looking for:
Human being.

* What's walking/biking distance:
(-Maps: Rosedale Neighborhood)
Greenbelt hike and bike trail, central market, restaurants, bars, cafes, UT campus, ACC campus, SXSW, ACL, town lake, lake Austin, etc. Practically downtown!

* Where I usually have issues with roommates:
My place is always clean. If you leave a space dirtier in any way than it was when you came to it initially, that's not being clean, we won't work. I'm very considerate and I would love for you to be too, like not being noisy and helping out. My preferred AC temperature is .

* Furniture/decoration:
The house is already furnished except for your room.

* Lease:
The lease will be month to month. If you're not actually clean or considerate please don't apply, I'll just cancel your lease!

* Conclusion:
I'm pretty laid back except for those concerns. The area is great, we usually do BBQ's every other month with the other apartment tenants, it's a great community. Previous living references will be much appreciated!

I grew up between the USA and Spain, so I have a good blend of both cultures, I can be the more quiet American protestant or the zesty funny paella eating Spaniard. lol Once we meet in person for an “interview” we’ll see how we vibe :)
