Hello! I’m looking for a new roommate, my current is moving out at the end of May. The home is in Capo Beach, in Dana Point, just a short walk from the beach. The room comes with a private bathroom (in hallway), a walk in closet and the house has a large patio deck that you can catch a glimpse of the ocean with. The room is unfurnished, but the rest of the common area is furnished.

Rent, plus utilities which is electricity gas and internet split evenly (water, Trash and Sewer included in rent). The lease is month-to-month. There’s a private driveway, an in-unit washer and dryer, and a dishwasher.

I’m a working professional in my mid-late thirties and have a friendly dog (sorry, no other pets allowed). I’m looking for someone in a similar age range who values cleanliness.
