Price includes utilities and use of the laundry room, kitchen, and common living spaces. Location is about twenty minutes south of Cincinnati. Renter must be alright with pets, as I have a friendly dog and a cat in the main part of the house. Some form of transportation is also recommended as this residence is not located on a bus line.
