I am moving out of our apartment by July, . We are looking for someone to sublet my room until August , with the possibility of signing onto the lease in September 1.

It's a four bedroom, 1 bath apartment. Two of us have been living here for over 3 years, with two having moved in years ago. We all have different schedules, so fortunately we rarely have issues with there only being 1 bathroom! It's a corner apartment and very spacious: eat in kitchen, large living room, high ceilings, and even a nice sized entryway (so you're not walking right into any of the other rooms). There's tons of sunlight throughout the entire apartment. No pets. The location is great. We are a 5 minute walk (5 blocks) from the N/W stop at th Avenue and about a minute walk to the R/M Steinway station. We are just steps away from lots of restaurants/bars, etc.

About you:
- Young professional, mid-s to early-s
-MUST agree to quiet hours during weekdays (after pm ) and weekends (after midnight)
- Non-smoker and drug free
- Friendly, drama-free, respectful, and clean
- Again, no pets
- The room is for one person -- no couples, please
- Can provide proof of income/employment and possibly a credit check (Our landlord requested basic financial info, so will ask for something from you)
- MUST be able to provide July rent ($) PLUS August rent ($) before move in. In addition to the rent, utilities are extra and run about $ per month per person during the summer months (last month, we each paid $ for electricity + gas, and $ for internet)
