Light-filled apt; balcony, pool/gym

Hi, my name is R. I am a -year old professional. I am looking for a roommate. The room is in Washington. The monthly rent is $ and the room is available starting in July.

I live in River Park which you can ; it's a very cool historic architect-designed community. 8 minutes walk to the Waterfront metro station; 5 minutes walk to the actual waterfront near the Titanic memorial.

There's a free pool and gym; community room; secure package room; extra storage closet on the hall; and easy street parking next to the complex. The apartment is a bath south-facing corner unit with an updated kitchen and gorgeous screened balcony / sun room. Utilities are included in the rent. Minimum 6 month commitment.

Roommate must be OK with not wearing perfume or strong floral scents, which trigger my migraines. Non-floral scents are fine. I don't cook frequently, so don't worry about strong cooking smells from me.

I work remotely from the apartment as a corporate consultant, but I travel % of each month, so you'd have the place to yourself during those times!

The apartment is fully furnished.
