Room for rent

Description

We are only looking for responsible, respectful, and clean individuals. If do not keep your place clean, organize and neat, and if you are not financially stable, please do NOT contact me. This is a renovated, beautify house in a wonderful neighborhood. It is in a great location.

Rules of the house:

No shoes inside the house. No alcohol, smoking, vaping or any other illegal drugs are allowed inside the property. No arms. No pets or guests.

All rooms are only for ONE individual, not for couples. Not for families. No exceptions will be made. We are looking for individuals who are planning on renting for at least 6+ months but others are welcome to contact me.

Requirements:

Deposit and first month rent
Copy of your ID/Diverse license
Two references (Names and phone numbers)

If you would like to see the place, you can schedule to come see it. Rooms are available to move in starting June 1st.

Price includes utilities bills.

A washer and drier will not be accessible. There is a laundrymat 5 mins away by car.
