Adult professional looking for a roommate to share a beautiful apartment in Portland.

The house is located in a quiet neighborhood close to Downtown, USM, and major highways.

You would have 2 rooms to yourself on the 2nd floor (my room is on the 3rd floor) while sharing a bathroom, kitchen, dining room, living room, driveway, and outside deck with me.

(We can also discuss bringing in a 3rd roommate, which would drop the rent down to $ ate hundred plus utilities each).

This is not a party house or dorm. It is a home with private bedrooms and communal space inhabited by a musician/artist who works full-time and uses the place as a quiet refuge and safe haven. Cleanliness and Respectfulness are a must.

Any interested parties are required to fill out a free application with my leasing company in order to be considered to be added to my lease for an initial 1-year term.

The cat in the pics is Misfit and she is in charge! All final decisions go through her.
