Room for Rent - High Park Station

Description

Hi, my name is Jessica. I am a -year old professional. I am looking for a roommate to help cover the rental costs. The apartment is the 2nd floor of a Victorian home with a shared entrance with the main floor renter, a very quiet and friendly retired school teacher. The unit has three bedrooms, so you would be able to pick between two rooms, your preference. One is currently being used as an office and the other a sewing room (a loft style room). Rent is $ plus internet and hydro split (about $ monthly).

I have cat/one dog. I'd prefer an animal lover but hopefully someone that doesn't currently have pets as my one cat is very senior ().

The unit has a large back patio with all the furnishings, a front yard for shared use, laundry in unit, a dishwasher, and a sizable amount of storage.

I am someone that enjoys going out and spending time with friends who I occasionally have over. I am a social person if you are the same, I am happy to have people over as long as they are respectful to the space and to the neighbor below as he is elderly. I also have a boyfriend who is frequently over, sometimes for the evening.

I am a smoker but only outside, on the back deck. I am a relatively clean person; I keep the bathroom clean at all times, the floors vacuumed and mopped, the kitchen fridge is regularly cleaned. My pet peeve would probably be a sink full of dishes but I am not a stickler if you didn't get them done straight away.

I work hybrid and have regular meetings so I need some quiet during the day when I am home, 2 days in the week. Otherwise I am at the office three days a week and the dog is completely free in the home. She is generally quiet, is trained and not messy, she is very good with the unit.
