Hi, my name is Destiny. I am a -year old professional living in a .5 bathroom in James Island . I live here with my 1 year old small dachshund mix & boyfriend. My boy friend and I share our bedroom and are very busy , usually out of the house by pm and not back until 7pm- midnight. Our dog is very friendly, very well behaved. We’re looking for a roommate to live in our second room. Which is furnished with a queen sized bed that has a 4 inch memory foam topper, desk , walk in closet , with your own tv. Rent would include all utilities, your own reserved off street parking spot, all towels, bedding, paper products, cleaning supplies & all streaming services (HBO, Netflix, Hulu, Paramount, Disney +) I also work at Trader Joe’s and get % off all groceries.

We live 8 minutes from Folly Beach and 8 minutes from MUSC downtown , as well as 8 minutes from The Pour House (best live music venue in Chs) amazing location with two awesome roommates, my boyfriend is a real estate agent during the day & a musician at night, I am a manager at Trader Joe’s full time and teach yoga part time. We are very friendly and social but definitely can read the room and give you space when needed. We’re in and out of the house all day , not only with work but are also very active people & love going to the gym, practicing jujitsu , yoga, and surf. Looking for a roommate who is similar in being friendly, active and respectful.
