My roommate and I live in a fantastic house in the heart of Vancouver's beautiful Kitsilano neighborhood (in between Jericho and Kits beach). We're on the hunt for a third roommate (ideally a young professional or upper year student) to share our cozy space with.

About the House/Room:

🛏️ The available room has great natural light and is comfortably sized

🚽 You'll get your own toilet!

Rent and Details:

🏠 Rent is $ per month - the room is an ensuite that is furnished with a bed, mattress, and bed side table!

🅿️ Ample street parking available in the area.

📅 The room is available starting June 1st

🔒 Security deposit required.

About Us:

🚴 You'll often find us hiking, gravel biking, mountain biking, kayaking, running, and doing anything outdoors really. We have LOTS of bike storage!

📚 We also appreciate quiet evenings and maintain a peaceful atmosphere at home.

About You:

🎓 Ideally, you're a working professional. If you're a student, being an upper year is a plus, as we value maturity and responsibility.

🤝 It's important to us that our new roommate is clean, considerate, respectful, and contributes positively to the household.
