I'm looking for a new flatmate to live with me in a 2 bedroom apartment in Canning town. The move in date is 7th of June. 
I'd love to find someone with whom I would get along and be friends with. Ideally, I'm seeking a recent graduate or young adult who shares a similar lifestyle to me.

A bit about me: I'm a young adult working in the finance sector. I like cleanliness and tidiness, so I hope to find a flatmate who appreciates a well-kept living space which practically means, that you clean up after yourself. Outside of work, I enjoy watching movies or TV series and socializing with friends, I’m also keen on trying out new places.

The flat itself is great, it’s been recently renovated and very energy efficient, we don’t even need to use heating. Conveniently located, all necessary amenities are close by. The tube station is only a 5-minute walk, and there's a large Morrisons, Lidl, and a Co-op nearby (no more than 5 mins away), along with a gym. 

The financials:
-Rent £/month
-Council tax £/month (Council tax band C)
-We pay a recurring £/month for electricity and energy, but there is a reconciliation once/twice a year. Any money that isn’t used at the point of reconciliation is then returned to us.
-Water depends on usage
-Wifi £/month
