I'm Twenty one-years-old, work as a custodian usually afternoon and evenings. I'm pretty laid-back at home. I like to keep common areas tidy. I love anime and like to game or watch movies in the evenings. I'm always down for co-op or the occasional game night. I own 1 cat. She is very timid, but she’ll warm up to you eventually and is non aggressive. she usually hangs out wherever I am. my current roommate is starting school soon and is moving out. I am looking for someone who is laid-back, but also responsible to pay rent on time and help with cleaning. The apartment is fully furnished in the kitchen and common area. You would just need to furnish your bedroom. I am not sure what the move-in fee would be so right now I have listed it as . Parking is free unless you want a covered spot or a garage which would be an additional fee. Farmington has been a great place to live. The apartment is located near the freeway entrance. Station park is directly across the street. The complex has been quiet and I haven’t had any issues in the two years I have lived here. I also live walking distance
to the Front Runner for easy a commute.
