Looking to rent out my spare room

I’m looking to rent out my spare bedroom. I live in a condo close to the palladium shopping center in Greensboro, NC. I just got done renovating both bedrooms in my apartment, and it looks pretty good. I have two cats that are pretty chill, other than the occasional zoomies at night! I rarely have people over and I occasionally go out, I’m clean, respectful, and I’m pretty quiet. I’d like to find someone who values those traits as well. I used to rent the room out on Airbnb before my HOA made me shut it off ( stars with over a hundred guests!), and I had the same roommate for over a year and a half now, just looking for someone to move in now that the renovations are done. Anything in the apartment is free game to use (washer, drier, dish washer, fridge, kitchen, cabinets etc). We also have a pool that is now open for the season! We have a really nice greenway within short walking distance to the complex, very cool for people who like a bit of nature! I’m also more than happy to share the living room space, if we vibe I would encourage it! I’m a very accepting person, with all races, religions, ethnicities, sexualities, and genders being welcome and appreciated (I did NOT vote for the man with orange complexion. He is, in fact, bad).
