Looking for Roommate

2nd floor apartment with 3 bedroom In washer and dryer as well as new kitchen appliances and multiple window acs. All genders welcome but women are preferred. The room would need furnished as the furniture in there is the current roommates (bed is queen sized for reference) The common rooms are already furnished but we are always are open to make room for a roommate. Walkable neighborhood with great food options and a Northgate down the street. Very friendly neighbors in the building and in the building behind us. No smoking on the property but we love to take walks together if you ever wanted company. Requirements are 2 months of bank statements ready to send to the landlord as well as verification of you are a student (just a school id or paper saying you are enrolled). Two female roomies both full time workers, . We have a total of 3 cats all male so we ask that no more male cats move in. We are a sharing household but we respect each others time and possessions. We solve problems by sitting down together and discussing them together to reach a fair resolution. Overnight guests are okay as long as roomies are comfortable. We can discuss any other rules irl together. We like to hang out and talk to everyone who is in the house just to get to know them. Any questions about us or the place please feel free to ask! :)
