SCV- Bridgeport home, rooms to rent

I am a semi-retired professional and own/ live in this home. I am looking for a roommate(s). There are 2 rooms in my home available. I live in the Bridgeport area of Santa Clarita, about a mile north of the Mall. Monthly rents will vary, and we can discuss this. Downstairs is a private 2-room suite with a full bathroom ($). Upstairs is 1 bedroom (very large) with a shared bathroom between a rented average bedroom. A barn door separates that side of the upstairs from the other side (Master/Office) where I stay. I'm quiet, single, and a recent empty-nester. The downstairs kitchen, family room, and dining room are accessible to all and furnished. Laundry facilities are available upstairs. There is plenty of parking on this quiet, small cul-de-sac. The HOA has a pool and hot tub. Downstairs common areas are furnished. I do have a newer queen bed if needed. I rarely use the kitchen, and my only tenant now is a quiet international college student (full-time-plus). This will be a mellow home that I hope to share with a couple more responsible and respectful individuals. No smoking, drugs, or partying.
