This is an all female household.

We are renting out a bedroom with a private bath and private entrance in a large, fully renovated craftsman house in the heart of Long Beach, two-minutes walk from retro row (4th street corridor). Standing desk and office chair included!

There are four bedrooms total in the house, single-occupancy only so no more than 4 tenants at one time. Currently renting to 3 working females in their s. No partying.

All utilities included: electricity, gas, water, trash, internet, and monthly cleaning of common areas.

Common area includes living room, kitchen, laundry. Fully furnished and equipped (pots, pans, glassware, etc.).

Tandem parking is available on the side of the house for free.

All rooms have a ceiling fan. Split AC unit in the living room.

Room # square feet, with a private bathroom (shower) and a private entrance.

No pets due to shared living arrangements.

All rooms are single occupancy only, with no exceptions due to having to share resources (kitchen, washer/dryer, parking, etc.). No overnight guests. So there will be a max of 4 tenants in the house.
