Looking for a Room to Rent or a Roommate – Manhattan 🏙️

Hi everyone! I’m looking for a 2-bedroom apartment (just me + 1 roommate) to move into around August or September anywhere in Manhattan.

A little about me: I’m in my mid-s, work in finance downtown, and live a quiet, clean, and organized lifestyle. I don’t bring the party home and really value a peaceful space. I also have a 6-year-old Cavapoo who’s hypoallergenic, very well-trained, and super sweet.
