Description

I recently purchased a spacious two-story home featuring 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and a 3-car garage. My bedroom is located on the first floor, 3 rooms upstairs. One of the available rooms has an in suite bathroom. You will have the entire second floor to yourself and I am the only one that lives in the home. The room can be furnished upon request for an additional fee. There are also two extra rooms available that can be rented as well—perfect if you’re looking for office space or additional flexibility

The home will have community pool and gym access. Also in the processes of purchasing a sauna and cold plunge for the home.

Army veteran who’s had many roommates in the past. Enjoy working out and watching sports. Don’t really drink or party too often. Work Monday-Friday and I travel for work at least twice a week and usually out and about on weekends. Looking for someone who’s also easy going and helps keep the home tidy.
