* We live on a nature preserve and hiking trails
* We are just minutes away from DTLA and our neighborhood is surrounded by restaurants, popular grocery stores, shops and everything you need just a few minutes away.
* There is a professional music and video studio in the house that is available for your creative projects and a meditative living room available for your small events.

ABOUT YOU:
* You are mindful around cooking meat and respect the vegans in the house.
* You do not consume alcohol in the house and preserve the healing energy of the space.
* You love cats and have no chronic allergies (we have 2 adorable exotic kitties that will bless your life with pure love every day)
* You are friendly and appreciate spiritual community.

ABOUT US:
* We are Lua & Taj, your potential housemates. We are entrepreneurs, plant medicine advocates, coaches, musicians and filmmakers.
* We do curated events at the house once every few months that are focused on healing ceremonies, plant-based foods and spiritual community building.
