Hello, I’m a forty-two year old man who works from home M-F until 6pm. I’m professional, respectful and cleanly and would like the same in return. I’m mostly in my room but can be social. The home has two bathrooms. The third room is used as an office, which you can utilize while I’m not at work; if you like. The place is semi- furnished. You would just need to provide your bedroom furniture. I’m pretty laid back so, I’m okay with overnight company every so often. I am a four-twenty smoker but will only do so in my room or outside (not in the common living areas). You will have your own bathroom. The bedrooms are on separate sides of the home so you will have ample privacy. The Management office would require you to sign the lease to move in so various checks will be performed. Located 3 mins drive from SGMC hospital, hr gas stations, hr CVS, restaurants, VSU and grocery stores. The home has a garage that can be turned into a gym, office, work space etc. $ -fifty (includes gas, water, renters insurance & WiFi, exterminator). Move-In date August first ( possibility to be sooner, if needed). month lease required. Lease expires next Feb and it can be renewed by you, if you wish to stay longer with another tenant.
