Seeking a place to call home ASAP

I am a full time employee and Single mom of three semi-grown children that partially reside with me, after a tradgic last few years. I am seeking a place to call home, plant roots and a firm foundation for my three minis and me. We are in a season of healing and I am praying that the right place will find us. On a budget of course, credit is being repaired, no evictions, verifiable income. Our little family believes in caring for others property as if it were our own. Being a good Stewart over what you have been blessed with is of the highest importance. I would like to stay in the Mary Esther / Fort Walton area as my children attend school here. I am also willing to extend service or even barter for marketing services, professional, hair, color, and style, administrative work or cleaning work.
