Carpentry student looking from oct

I’m Brian years old from the Netherlands and looking for a place to stay during my study carpentry (2 years) what will start from October the 2nd. I’ve lived in Australia from and because all of my visas ran out I had to leave the country. The last few months I’ve stayed in Alkimos and able to give you my references from Harcourts. I’ve also rented in Wilson for a few months so I’m able to give you his details as well.

I’m an easy going guy who is always in for a chat but like my privacy at the same time as well. Love to be outdoors and always in for a good day at the beach.

I’ve been together with my girlfriend for years and for the moment we have a long distance relationship and we hope to see each other more often when I’m moving back to Perth for my study. Hopefully it’s allowed for her to come over from bali and sleep in the house as well. (If can understand if you want extra rent when she is over in the house as well)

I know it’s a long shot as you would be able to rent te place out to someone earlier but I hope you would consider to wait a bit longer and get a reliable person into your house.
