The house is in a quiet and safe residential area of Huntington Hills on the South side of FOCO. Close to the Max line and FRCC, and Fossil Creek Park.
House includes 3 bathrooms, big fully stocked kitchen with big fridge, dishwasher, microwave and electric oven. Freezer in the garage.
Deck w/BBQ Grill and view over yard and open space in the back.
Big Screen TV room, reading room, 2 car garage w/ extra freezer.
Big washer and dryer.
Utilities (electricity, water, gas, sewage, high speed internet) not included and cost shared among other tenants (averages $/m pp)
Room is furnished with bed and mattress, desk, desk chair, big screen TV, night stand and lamps. All rooms recently upgraded with new quiet dual season ceiling fans. One month refundable deposit required, along with proof of income or funding. Contract will be for one year. Different terms negotiable.
