New House to Share SE San Antonio

I am am eighty years young, easy going man and retired. I want to share my new house in southeast San Antonio, ideally with a man or woman thirty to seventy years.

Overall, the house is clean, quiet and well equipped for comfortable living. The house near SE Military Rd. at WW White, . Access to the rest of San Antonio is very convenient -- Just a few minutes from highways . Most of the popular stores are a few minutes away including HEB, Walmart, Best Buy, Home Depot, Target, Walgreens, CVS, Lowes and many more popular stores.

The monthly rent includes:
• A newly furnished high-quality bedroom and separate full bathroom (bathroom is yours except when I have guests which is rarely and then only few days in a year). The bedroom is and includes a new queen bed with full new bedding and new adjustable base, a new large 4-drawer dresser, 2 new drawer night table, new small bench seat and a new -inch TV. The bedroom closet is inches by inches.
• All utilities: gas, electricity, water, trash and internet
• Shared fully equipped kitchen, family room, dining area and laundry room with washer and dryer
• One space in a 2-car garage (unless you have an oversized vehicle that would share the driveway)

I would like to have a twelve -month lease (minimum 6 months) with the option for either of us to cancel for any reason with a sixty days written notice. I would need no smoking, no drugs and no pets. I also require a basic background check.
