Need someone to take room

Hi all. I’m moving out of the room I’m renting in July and need someone to take over. It’s a bit of a weird situation, house isn’t perfect but I have made do for almost a year and it doesn’t bother me any, great location in northshore, 2 friendly male roommates. Rent is $ and utilities are usually $ or so.
