2 rooms in house w/ bathroom

Ahoy there! My name is Shaun. I'm looking for a roommate to take over a lease starting as early as mid June early July. You would need to apply through the property management . Possibility up for renewal in April of

I am , self employed business owner. I work from my shop in the garage or out onsite with clients. I'm a pretty laid back person, I'm quiet and respectful especially when it comes to sleep etc.
There are 2 rooms available (ideally for 1 person) on the opposite side of the house. There's a bathroom in between them in a small hallway. Most of the house is furnished (minus the bedrooms) however I'm open to rearranging if needed.
I have one 6½yr old super sweet/friendly Husky. He's very good with other dogs as long as they don't have a history of not getting along etc (also I'd prefer a well behaved/trained dog, not super barky)
Atlas,(dog) is also good with cats. Although it will probably take a little more time to accumulate, mainly for the cat for them to be comfortable. He's a big boy but no threat.

There's a washer/dryer. Dishwasher, Gas oven. Decent sized fenced in backyard. Small covered patio.
You will have your own parking spot in the driveway.
