NE Cape Coral Room for Rent

Hello. It’s a 3bdrm house that I share with my adult daughter, and a small dog Gigi. The property is fenced in with a large screened in patio. The room is a nice size with a window and closet. There is a shared bathroom with my daughter. The room is furnished with a dresser, end table and queen sized bed, however, if you have ur own furniture, you can use that instead. You can park in the driveway, your own space. The room is for one person ONLY. There’s a washer/dryer that we can share. My daughter and I are very clean and I’m trying to train the dog to be that way but she just won’t put her toys away lol. I am semi-retired. We are looking for a responsible person that comes with NO drama. We are both smokers but ONLY do so outside, so if you smoke that’s ok, but again, ONLY outside is permitted.
