Room for rent, 5 minutes beach

Room for rent, furnished. If renters would like their own furniture and bed instead it can be requested that we move out our current furnishings. Furnishings include 1 twin bed with bedding/ linens, one small dresser, 1 storage shelf, one foldable lounge chair , small end table and curtains, one small tv with basic channels and a dvd player built in.( not a smart TV) . 1 open closet in room. Room is directly next to shared bathroom. Parking is available for 1 vehicle. We are currently renting this room out to a student who is doing a summer internship program. Our current rentee plans to move out mid August when the internship program is finished. We are looking for 1 adult ( no animals as my son and I are allergic) who is quiet/ maintains mostly a separate space away from us, is respectful , kind and responsible. We do not tolerate partying or drug use ( NOT cannabis friendly ) . Our current rentee is wonderful and we are looking for someone who has similar traits as mentioned above . We recommend having a mini fridge and freezer to store any cold items you would want to have. Renter is welcome to have access to kitchen sink, microwave and stove for heating foods and washing your dishes. Laundry room is also available for use. I will update this listing with photos once the other renter is moved out in mid August.

About the roomies
We are a family of 3, I work in healthcare and my spouse works in environmental services. We are church oriented people, we spend most of our free time in the living room watching our favorite shows, studying for school ect. We also spend alot of time in the kitchen cooking as it is a big hobby of mine. We love to share prepared meals with others so you can expect that we will occasionally offer you a plate of food which of course if you are interested great, if your not that is okay too :)
