We have a large bedroom on ground level with its own private bathroom for $/month. The room is around ft. Kitchen is shared with 1 other tenant. Utilities (water, garbage, and electricity) are shared. This is for a 1 year lease term but will consider month to month. Pricing for unit is for single occupancy only.

Location is very convenient and is in close proximity to the beach ( min walk), Sf zoo ( min walk), SFSU (6 min drive), Lake Merced ( min walk), Lakeshore plaza (5 min drive), Stonestown mall (7 min drive).

No pets and no smoking/drugs allowed.
