One Bedroom Apt Lease Takeover

Hi everyone! I’m looking for someone to take over my lease for a one bedroom apartment at The Atlas Apartments near Creighton. My lease ends on September 7, but I’ll be moving out at the start of August to start my PhD. You would be signing an independent lease with The Atlas for the month of August and have the option to extend the lease.

My current rent is cheaper than the apartment's official listing, and obviously the apartment is currently fully furnished. I’m happy to negotiate pricing as well as leave any/all furniture for you.

About the apartment:
- Balcony with beautiful view
- Direct bridge (2 min walk) to Creighton University
- In-unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, and fridge
- Amenities: gym, 2 swimming pools, study spaces, two sets of elevators
